Gang bricklayer wanted in Municipal Area Council

Vacancy available: we are hiring a gang bricklayer in Municipal Area Council, Federal Capital Territory. Day to day you will pointing and repointing weathered mortar joints; raking out and tooling the joints to a struck or bucket-handle finish; mixing mortar to the right consistency with sand, cement and plasticiser; building the corners (leads) first and racking back the courses; spreading and furrowing mortar beds with the trowel. You should have: • Reliable timekeeping and able to hit daily brick targets • Able to read construction drawings and setting-out marks Part-time with flexible hours.
