Commis chef wanted in Blackford County

Vacancy available: we are hiring a commis chef in Blackford County, Indiana. You will monitor food temperatures and run regular HACCP checks; plate and garnish dishes for a quick pass to service; manage the tandoor and skewer kebabs; prepare the mise en place before each service; follow cleaning schedules and wash down work surfaces.
