Join our team: we are hiring an electrostatic spray painter in Dundy County, Nebraska. You will be based at a powder coating unit. The role involves: • Degrease and clean metal parts before coating • Set the electrostatic gun voltage (kV) and powder flow • Stack and pack finished parts without scratching the coat • Inspect the finish for runs, orange peel and bare patches • Pre-treat parts through phosphating and rinse tanks • Check dry film thickness with a DFT gauge in microns You should have: • Keen eye for finish quality and surface defects • Aware of PPE, respirator and fire-safety norms Freshers welcome — about 4 years of practice is enough.
