Sheet metal welder wanted in Karaye

Urgent requirement: we are hiring a sheet metal welder in Karaye, Kano State. The role involves: • Back-purge pipe joints with argon so the root does not oxidise • Grind, blend and polish finished welds to a clean finish • Feed filler rod by hand while holding a steady weld pool • Strike the arc with high-frequency start and control heat with the foot pedal • Select AC for aluminium and DC for stainless and mild steel You should have: • Able to pass a weld test on the spot • 2+ years' hands-on experience with argon/TIG welding • Can read fabrication drawings and welding symbols At least 5 year(s) in a similar role.
