Restaurant steward — Shelby County

Immediate opening: we are hiring a restaurant steward in Shelby County, Ohio. The job is in a five-star hotel. What we are looking for: • Familiarity with POS billing and order-taking systems • Willingness to work weekends, evenings and split shifts Day-to-day duties: • Polish glasses, cutlery and crockery during mise en place • Follow food hygiene and allergen-handling rules • Check back during the meal and handle special requests • Upsell starters, desserts and beverages • Take food and drink orders on the POS terminal or order pad • Punch orders through to the kitchen as a KOT (kitchen order ticket) Part-time with flexible hours.
