Ideal candidate: • Physically fit to lift carcasses and stand all day • Quick and accurate on the weighing scales and order maths The role involves vacuum-pack and wrap customer orders; keep HACCP hygiene records and sanitise the block and tools; trim fat, sinew and silver skin off the cuts; take customer orders and advise on cuts and cooking; monitor chiller and freezer temperatures to keep the cold chain; season and marinate meat on request.
