Great opportunity: rebar fixer (Katsina State)

Now hiring: we are hiring a rebar fixer in Faskari, Katsina State. You will be based on a busy residential building site. You will set out starter bars and column dowels for the next lift; read reinforcement drawings and bar bending schedules; lay and tie mesh for slabs and ground-bearing floors; lift and land prefabricated cages with the crane and banksman; check bar diameter, spacing and cover before the pour. Requirements: • Own basic tools such as pliers, tie hook, tape and level • Confident tying with a tie hook and handling binding wire • Valid site safety card and PPE (helmet, boots, gloves) At least 6 year(s) in a similar role. ₦140,000 per month, negotiable for the right hands. Overtime paid at a premium rate. Six days a week, one day off. Walk-in interviews this week.
