The role involves: • Monitor food temperatures and run regular HACCP checks • Prepare the mise en place before each service • Taste and adjust seasoning for consistency • Chop, dice and portion vegetables, fish and meat • Label and date all prepped ingredients in the walk-in Ideal candidate: • Strong knife skills and speed on the line • 2+ years' experience as a cook in a busy kitchen Full-time, day shift.
