Urgent requirement: paint and prep technician (Nebraska)

Immediate opening: we are hiring a paint and prep technician in Johnson County, Nebraska. The job is in a car refinishing workshop. The role involves: • Wet-sand and buff out runs, orange peel and dust nibs • Bake panels in the spray booth oven to cure the paint • Mask off trim, glass and rubber seals with tape and paper • Prime and seal bare metal to stop rust • Mix two-pack (2K) clear coat with hardener in the correct ratio • Strip clean the spray guns and change the booth filters You should have: • Confident with wet-sanding and machine polishing • Skilled with HVLP and gravity-feed spray guns • 2+ years' experience in automotive refinishing $3,300 per month, negotiable for the right hands.
