Urgent requirement: elevator repair technician (Indiana)

We are recruiting: we are hiring an elevator repair technician in Newton County, Indiana. You will work at a busy lift company. On a typical shift you will run load and overload tests with test weights; set and test the overspeed governor and safety gear; install guide rails, brackets and counterweight frames in the hoistway; rope up the traction machine and reeve the hoisting cables; fill in the service logbook and statutory inspection paperwork. Requirements: • ITI in electrical/mechanical or an equivalent trade certificate • Willing to join the on-call/emergency breakdown rota 2+ years on the tools preferred.
