Now hiring: mobile crane operator (South Carolina)

Urgent requirement: we are hiring a mobile crane operator in Richland County, South Carolina. You will work on a bridge and infrastructure project. Day-to-day duties: • Rig and sling loads using slings, shackles and spreader beams • Keep a safe distance from overhead power lines • Watch the load moment indicator (LMI) and stay within rated capacity • Fit the counterweights and check the ground bearing pressure • Hoist, slew and lower loads smoothly and under control • Work out the load weight and the lifting radius You should have: • Proven experience on mobile, tower or overhead cranes • A good head for heights for tower crane work Freshers welcome — about 6 years of practice is enough.
