Immediate opening: we are hiring an insulation worker in Dakota County, Minnesota. Day to day you will fix XPS and EPS boards to external walls with adhesive and mechanical anchors; lag hot and cold water pipes with rockwool sections and aluminium cladding; carry out flood and water tests on waterproofed areas to check for leaks; prep, clean and prime substrates before membrane application. Ideal candidate: • Good knowledge of rockwool, XPS, EPS and PU foam • Proven experience in thermal insulation and waterproofing • Physically fit, able to lift and carry boards and rolls $3,300 per month, negotiable for the right hands.
