Join our team: we are hiring a shuttering carpenter in Turner County, Georgia. The job is at a shopfitting company. Day-to-day duties: • Read and work from architectural drawings and cutting lists • Check work for level, plumb and square with a spirit level • Build and erect roof trusses, rafters and stud partitions • Finish surfaces with varnish, wax, lacquer or wood stain What we are looking for: • Own basic hand tools • Confident with hand and power tools such as saws, routers and planers • Good eye for detail and a clean finish Six days a week, one day off. Walk-in interviews this week.
