Gas meter installer — St. Francis County

Join our team: we are hiring a gas meter installer in St. Francis County, Arkansas. You will work at a boiler and appliance service centre. On the job you will handle: • Carry out tightness (pressure) tests with a manometer and lock off the supply • Purge air from the lines and commission appliances to the correct gas rate • Locate and repair gas leaks and replace corroded pipe sections • Check every joint for leaks with soapy water and leak-detection spray Ideal candidate: • Competent in pipe threading, brazing and PE electrofusion • Sound knowledge of gas safety regulations and pressure testing • Clean, methodical and safety-conscious Freshers welcome — about 6 years of practice is enough.
