Requirements: • Know how to mix concrete and mortar to the right ratio • Willing to work outdoors in heat, dust and rain • Punctual and ready to do overtime when a pour demands it The role involves bend and tie rebar with binding wire for slabs and columns; cure freshly laid concrete by sprinkling water for several days; clear debris and sweep the slab before the next pour; load and unload trucks of cement, steel bar and aggregate; set out levels with line and plumb under the mason's direction; carry bricks, cement bags and sand up to the masons on site.
