Immediate opening: waterproofing applicator (Wisconsin)

Great opportunity: we are hiring a waterproofing applicator in Kewaunee County, Wisconsin. The job is in lofts and crawl spaces. Day-to-day duties: • Prep, clean and prime substrates before membrane application • Fit acoustic insulation to partition walls and floating floors • Fit mineral wool and glass wool batts between studs, joists and rafters • Lag hot and cold water pipes with rockwool sections and aluminium cladding • Carry out flood and water tests on waterproofed areas to check for leaks You should have: • Proven experience in thermal insulation and waterproofing • Confident using a gas torch to bond bituminous membrane • Physically fit, able to lift and carry boards and rolls 5+ years on the tools preferred. Six days a week, one day off. On-the-job training and a clear path to grow. Walk-in interviews this week.
