Great opportunity: we are hiring an elevator technician in Carter County, Tennessee. You will be based in a residential tower block. Requirements: • Sound electrical competence in three-phase and low-voltage wiring • 2+ years on lift installation and maintenance Your main tasks: • Fill in the service logbook and statutory inspection paperwork • Run load and overload tests with test weights • Test buffers, final limit switches and the emergency brake • Respond to entrapment call-outs and release trapped passengers • Mount and align landing doors, sills and car door operators $4,200 per month, negotiable for the right hands.
