Ideal candidate: • Clean, presentable and friendly at the counter • Comfortable working in cold rooms and chillers • Quick and accurate on the weighing scales and order maths On the job you will handle: • Mince meat and prepare keema on the grinder • Keep HACCP hygiene records and sanitise the block and tools • Monitor chiller and freezer temperatures to keep the cold chain • Run the band saw to cut cleanly through bone Full-time, day shift.
