Paint and prep technician • Newton County, Missouri

We are recruiting: we are hiring a paint and prep technician in Newton County, Missouri. The job is at a busy body shop. You will apply etch primer to aluminium and galvanised panels; mix two-pack (2K) clear coat with hardener in the correct ratio; apply body filler and block-sand to a smooth contour; mask off trim, glass and rubber seals with tape and paper; bake panels in the spray booth oven to cure the paint; compound and polish the cured finish to a high gloss. What we are looking for: • Able to read and match factory paint codes • Skilled with HVLP and gravity-feed spray guns 6+ years on the tools preferred. Full-time with occasional weekends. On-the-job training and a clear path to grow. $2,900 per month, negotiable for the right hands. Walk-in interviews this week.
