Now hiring: we are hiring an industrial electrician in Bladen County, North Carolina. The job is in a factory maintenance department. You should have: • Willing to do shift work and breakdown call-outs • Normal colour vision for cable identification The role involves: • Carry out preventive maintenance on switchgear and busbars • Measure voltage, current and load with a multimeter and clamp meter • Isolate circuits and apply lockout-tagout before working • Run conduit, lay PVC trunking and clip cable • Test insulation resistance with a megger • Read electrical schematics and wiring diagrams 6+ years on the tools preferred.
