Join our team: we are hiring a backhoe loader operator in Glasgow City, Scotland. The job is at a stone quarry. What we are looking for: • Able to operate excavator, loader and dozer confidently • Good depth perception and hand-eye coordination • Comfortable working long shifts in dust, heat and noise On the job you will handle: • Read site drawings and follow the batter and slope profiles • Top up diesel, inspect hydraulic hoses for leaks and report defects • Stockpile and spread material to the required levels • Level and grade the road sub-base to the surveyor's pegs and string lines 3+ years on the tools preferred.
