On a typical shift you will clean, drain and descale the dish machine at the end of each shift; wash chopping boards, knives and kitchen utensils; clean extractor-hood filters and degrease the walls; scrub out grease traps and clear blocked drains and gullies; mop the floors and wipe down kitchen surfaces and splashbacks.
