Coating plant operator wanted in Washington County

Join our team: we are hiring a coating plant operator in Washington County, North Carolina. You will be based in a metal finishing workshop. The role involves run colour changeovers and clean the booth between batches; keep parts properly earthed so the powder transfers well; check dry film thickness with a DFT gauge in microns; top up and monitor pre-treatment chemical bath concentrations; set the electrostatic gun voltage (kV) and powder flow. Requirements: • Knowledge of pre-treatment and phosphating process • Aware of PPE, respirator and fire-safety norms • Willing to work shifts and overtime Full-time with occasional weekends.
