Great opportunity: we are hiring an offshore rigger in Ise/Orun, Ekiti State. The job is on an offshore oil and gas platform. Day-to-day duties: • Coordinate tandem and multi-crane lifts with the signaller • Read lift plans and method statements before starting • Select the correct slings, shackles and chains for each load's weight • Secure loads with turnbuckles, chain blocks and lever hoists • Carry out daily checks on cranes, hoists and lifting tackle You should have: • Sound knowledge of working load limits and sling angles • Sharp eye for safety and hazard awareness • Confident with standard crane hand signals Full-time, day shift.
