Great opportunity: we are hiring a reinforcement fitter in Haskell County, Oklahoma. Requirements: • Physically fit for heavy lifting and long spells bending and kneeling • Confident tying with a tie hook and handling binding wire Day to day you will fix cover blocks and spacers to maintain concrete cover; place main bars and distribution bars to the marked spacing; form stirrups, links and hooks to the correct dimensions; bend bars to shape on a bar bending machine; lap and splice bars to the specified lap length; keep the rebar stacked, tagged and free of mud and loose rust. 5+ years on the tools preferred.
