Scaffolding erector — Dakota County

Vacancy available: we are hiring a scaffolding erector in Dakota County, Minnesota. You will work on an industrial refinery shutdown. You will tighten right-angle and swivel couplers to torque with a podger spanner; inspect couplers, boards and tubes for damage before use; read scaffold drawings and work to the agreed loading class; tie the scaffold back to the building with through-ties and anchors; set out base plates and sole boards on firm, level ground; plumb the standards and level the ledgers with a spirit level. You should have: • Working-at-height / PASMA training an advantage • Full use of harness, lanyard and fall-arrest equipment • Reliable, punctual and able to work in a gang 4+ years on the tools preferred.
