Grill cook — North Ayrshire

Join our team: we are hiring a grill cook in North Ayrshire, Scotland. The job is at a roadside dhaba. Your main tasks: • Label and date all prepped ingredients in the walk-in • Cook dishes to order on the grill, fry and sauté stations • Manage the tandoor and skewer kebabs • Marinate meats and prepare curries, gravies and bases • Chop, dice and portion vegetables, fish and meat • Follow cleaning schedules and wash down work surfaces Requirements: • Willing to work split shifts, weekends and public holidays • Strong knife skills and speed on the line 1+ years on the tools preferred.
