Fry cook • Coosa County, Alabama

Urgent requirement: we are hiring a fry cook in Coosa County, Alabama. You will monitor food temperatures and run regular HACCP checks; taste and adjust seasoning for consistency; follow cleaning schedules and wash down work surfaces; cook dishes to order on the grill, fry and sauté stations; manage the tandoor and skewer kebabs; plate and garnish dishes for a quick pass to service. What we are looking for: • Able to read and follow recipes and dockets • Able to lift heavy stock pots and sacks of supplies Part-time with flexible hours.
