Join our team: we are hiring a brick mason in Merrick County, Nebraska. The job is on a commercial construction site. On a typical shift you will mixing mortar to the right consistency with sand, cement and plasticiser; spreading and furrowing mortar beds with the trowel; erecting and working off trestles and scaffold lifts; buttering the perpends and tapping each brick down to the gauge. You should have: • Able to lay to line, level and plumb consistently • Able to read construction drawings and setting-out marks • Comfortable working at height on scaffolding Rotating shifts.
