Urgent requirement: we are hiring an automotive paint technician in Benton County, Arkansas. The job is at a dealership paint shop. Ideal candidate: • Comfortable working in a spray booth with full PPE • 2+ years' experience in automotive refinishing The role involves strip clean the spray guns and change the booth filters; blend new paint into adjacent panels for an invisible repair; apply body filler and block-sand to a smooth contour; sand and feather-edge damaged panels before painting; set the spray gun air pressure and fan pattern for an even finish; wipe down panels with degreaser and a tack cloth before spraying. Freshers welcome — about 5 years of practice is enough. Full-time, day shift. On-the-job training and a clear path to grow. We offer $5,100 per month plus benefits. Contact us to fix an interview.
