Great opportunity: delivery truck driver (England)

We are recruiting: we are hiring a delivery truck driver in Borough of Swindon, England. You will be based on long-haul routes across the country. Your main tasks: • Reverse and carry out blind-side manoeuvres at loading bays • Present documents at weighbridges and check posts • Carry out daily walk-around vehicle checks before setting off • Couple and uncouple the trailer and check the fifth-wheel lock • Operate tail-lifts and pump trucks during loading and unloading • Log working hours on the tachograph and swap driver cards What we are looking for: • Willing to take on night and multi-day trips • Valid HGV/LGV Class 1 (C+E) licence • Good knowledge of driving-hours and tachograph rules £2,150 per month, negotiable for the right hands. Overtime paid at a premium rate. Part-time with flexible hours. Walk-in interviews this week.
