Now hiring: we are hiring a car painter in Champaign County, Illinois. You will be based in a car refinishing workshop. What we are looking for: • 2+ years' experience in automotive refinishing • Good eye for colour matching and blending Day to day you will apply etch primer to aluminium and galvanised panels; mix and tint paint to match the customer's colour code; wipe down panels with degreaser and a tack cloth before spraying; apply body filler and block-sand to a smooth contour. 1+ years on the tools preferred.
