Join our team: we are hiring a coating plant operator in City of Staunton, Virginia. The job is at an automotive components factory. Ideal candidate: • Able to operate electrostatic spray guns and curing ovens • Knowledge of pre-treatment and phosphating process • Able to stand long shifts and lift parts up to 20 kg On the job you will handle: • Check dry film thickness with a DFT gauge in microns • Cure coated parts in the curing oven at set temperature and time • Sieve and load powder into the spray gun hopper • Inspect the finish for runs, orange peel and bare patches 4+ years on the tools preferred. Rotating shifts. Walk-in interviews this week.
