Refrigeration and AC mechanic — Major County

We are recruiting: we are hiring a refrigeration and AC mechanic in Major County, Oklahoma. Day-to-day duties: • Measure the compressor motor's amperage draw with a clamp meter • Braze copper pipework and joints with an oxy-acetylene torch • Recover refrigerant gas before opening a sealed system • Fault-find control boards and defrost timers • Check oil level and top up or change the compressor oil • Check superheat and subcooling and trim the charge You should have: • Available on-call and at weekends for breakdowns • Physically fit to lift compressors and carry ladders • Able to read wiring diagrams and pressure-temperature charts At least 3 year(s) in a similar role.
