Immediate opening: we are hiring a deboner in Sully County, South Dakota. On a typical shift you will dress the chilled counter and rotate stock by date; portion steaks, chops and cutlets to the ordered weights; debone shoulders, legs and loins with a boning knife; weigh, price and label cuts for the display case. Requirements: • 2+ years experience working as a butcher • Quick and accurate on the weighing scales and order maths We offer $3,900 per month plus benefits. On-the-job training and a clear path to grow. Full-time with occasional weekends. Walk-in interviews this week.
