Abattoir worker wanted in Tipton County

Urgent requirement: we are hiring an abattoir worker in Tipton County, Tennessee. Requirements: • Physically fit to lift carcasses and stand all day • 2+ years experience working as a butcher • Food hygiene / HACCP certificate Day to day you will keep HACCP hygiene records and sanitise the block and tools; monitor chiller and freezer temperatures to keep the cold chain; vacuum-pack and wrap customer orders; sharpen and hone knives on a steel and whetstone.
