Join our team: we are hiring a scullery hand in Schoolcraft County, Michigan. The role involves top up detergent and rinse aid and check wash and sanitise temperatures; polish glasses and cutlery and stack them ready at the pass; hand-wash pots, pans and trays using the three-sink wash-rinse-sanitise method; sort, dry and return clean plates and bowls to the kitchen stations; load and run the commercial dishwashing machine through wash cycles. Requirements: • Comfortable lifting heavy pots, pans and stock crates • Good teamwork with chefs and floor staff • Careful handling of cleaning chemicals and degreasers At least 1 year(s) in a similar role.
