Rigger wanted in Mercer County

Urgent requirement: we are hiring a rigger in Mercer County, New Jersey. Ideal candidate: • Physically fit to handle heavy chains, slings and shackles • Proven experience as a rigger on construction or industrial sites • Willing to work shifts, weekends and outdoors in all weather You will select the correct slings, shackles and chains for each load's weight; coordinate tandem and multi-crane lifts with the signaller; secure loads with turnbuckles, chain blocks and lever hoists; establish exclusion zones and keep workers clear of the lift area; calculate load weight and centre of gravity before every lift; carry out daily checks on cranes, hoists and lifting tackle. Full-time with occasional weekends. Walk-in interviews this week.
