Waterproofing applicator • Fayette County, Tennessee

Vacancy available: we are hiring a waterproofing applicator in Fayette County, Tennessee. You will work on flat roofs and terraces. Day to day you will work to drawings, hitting the specified U-values and insulation thickness; measure and cut insulation boards neatly around pipes, ducts and openings; install fire-stopping and fire-rated insulation around penetrations; torch-on bituminous waterproofing membrane to flat roofs, basements and foundations; fix XPS and EPS boards to external walls with adhesive and mechanical anchors. Requirements: • Disciplined about PPE — respirator, gloves and goggles • Able to read construction drawings and specifications • Confident using a gas torch to bond bituminous membrane $2,800 per month, negotiable for the right hands. On-the-job training and a clear path to grow. Part-time with flexible hours. Walk-in interviews this week.
