Vacuum press operator wanted in Stephens County

Vacancy available: we are hiring a vacuum press operator in Stephens County, Oklahoma. The job is in a busy laundry. What we are looking for: • Physically fit to lift bundles and handle repetitive work • Aware of steam iron safety and basic machine upkeep • Able to operate a steam press, vacuum table and fusing machine On the job you will handle: • Meet the daily piece target without damaging garments • Hang or fold pressed garments and pass them to packing • Shape collars, cuffs and lapels using a tailor's ham and sleeve board • Fuse interlinings and fusible tape on the fusing press • Press open seams, darts and pleats during stitching • Spray water or starch to set sharp creases on trousers and shirts 2+ years on the tools preferred.
