Vacancy available: we are hiring a powder coating line operator in Jefferson County, Kentucky. Requirements: • Keen eye for finish quality and surface defects • Able to stand long shifts and lift parts up to 20 kg • Aware of PPE, respirator and fire-safety norms Day to day you will apply an even powder coat with the electrostatic spray gun; record batch numbers, oven temperatures and coating thickness; cure coated parts in the curing oven at set temperature and time; inspect the finish for runs, orange peel and bare patches; mask off threads, holes and machined faces with caps and tape.
