Safety officer • Adams County, Mississippi

We are recruiting: we are hiring a safety officer in Adams County, Mississippi. You will work in a warehouse and logistics yard. Day-to-day duties: • Inspect scaffolding, full-body harnesses and lifelines for work at height • Verify lifting gear, slings, shackles and crane test certificates • Audit housekeeping and barricading around excavations and open edges • Stop unsafe work and brief the supervisor on corrective action What we are looking for: • Able to read and prepare RAMS and method statements • Valid first aid and basic firefighting training • Strong record-keeping and incident-reporting skills Freshers welcome — about 6 years of practice is enough. $4,900 per month, negotiable for the right hands.
