Concrete labourer wanted in Woodford County

Now hiring: we are hiring a concrete labourer in Woodford County, Illinois. You will work on a building construction site. You should have: • Sound knowledge of concrete grades, slump and curing periods • Able to work to tight pour schedules and night pours • ITI in masonry or civil work an added advantage The role involves: • Lay PCC blinding and the damp-proof membrane over the prepared subgrade • Set out levels with a spirit level, line and pins • Carry out slump tests and cast cubes for the lab • Cure slabs by ponding, wet hessian or curing compound for the required days Freshers welcome — about 2 years of practice is enough.
