Lift maintenance fitter — Salt Lake County

Great opportunity: we are hiring a lift maintenance fitter in Salt Lake County, Utah. You will be based at a shopping mall with escalators and lifts. Requirements: • Comfortable working at height and in confined hoistways • Valid driving licence for site call-outs On a typical shift you will carry out planned preventive maintenance and grease the guide shoes; install guide rails, brackets and counterweight frames in the hoistway; wire up the controller, encoder and limit switches; respond to entrapment call-outs and release trapped passengers; replace worn sheaves, rollers, contactors and relays. 6+ years on the tools preferred. Full-time with occasional weekends. Meals and transport allowance provided. Walk-in interviews this week.
