The role involves: • Proof and fry doughnuts, then glaze them • Check finished products for colour, crumb and weight • Decorate cakes with icing, fondant and fresh cream • Pipe and fill cakes, pastries and cream rolls • Laminate puff and croissant dough by folding in the butter You should have: • Familiar with deck, rack and convection ovens • Able to stand for long hours in a hot kitchen • Understanding of food-safety and HACCP basics We offer $3,100 per month plus benefits.
