Cnc lathe setter — Sedgwick County

We are recruiting: we are hiring a cnc lathe setter in Sedgwick County, Colorado. The job is on the CNC turning shop floor. The role involves top up coolant and clear swarf from the bed; check diameters and lengths against the spec sheet; measure finished parts with micrometers and vernier calipers; run facing, turning, boring, grooving and threading cycles; watch the machine through the cycle and clear alarms or crashes; adjust feeds and speeds to control the surface finish. You should have: • Minimum 2 years on CNC lathes with Fanuc or Siemens controls • Working knowledge of G-code and M-code • Experience with carbide tooling and insert selection Part-time with flexible hours.
