Great opportunity: we are hiring a coating plant operator in Ramsey County, Minnesota. You will work at an automotive components factory. The role involves: • Degrease and clean metal parts before coating • Set the electrostatic gun voltage (kV) and powder flow • Stack and pack finished parts without scratching the coat • Cure coated parts in the curing oven at set temperature and time • Inspect the finish for runs, orange peel and bare patches What we are looking for: • Comfortable working in a masked, ventilated booth • Knowledge of pre-treatment and phosphating process Meals and transport allowance provided.
