Join our team: we are hiring a scaffolding charge hand in Morris County, Kansas. The job is at a shipyard. On a typical shift you will fit guardrails, mid-rails and toe boards to every working platform; plumb the standards and level the ledgers with a spirit level; read scaffold drawings and work to the agreed loading class; tighten right-angle and swivel couplers to torque with a podger spanner; dismantle the scaffold in reverse sequence and lower materials safely; inspect couplers, boards and tubes for damage before use. You should have: • Awareness of TG20 and SG4 safe working practice • Able to read basic scaffold drawings At least 3 year(s) in a similar role. Pay around $170 per day, based on your experience. Rotating shifts. Walk-in interviews this week.
