Excavator operator wanted in Wheeler County

Urgent requirement: we are hiring an excavator operator in Wheeler County, Texas. You will work at a road and highway construction project. Ideal candidate: • Able to read drawings, setting-out pegs and level pegs • Sound understanding of daily maintenance and greasing • Comfortable with GPS or laser machine control The role involves dig and trim drainage channels and attenuation ponds; work safely around buried services with a banksman or spotter; work to laser, GPS or 2D/3D machine-control guidance; clear sites, demolish structures and load out muck and rubble; track the machine on and off low-loaders for transport.
