Stone mason • Jefferson County, Kansas

We are recruiting: we are hiring a stone mason in Jefferson County, Kansas. You will work on a residential building site. Day-to-day duties: • Shape edges, bullnoses and bevels with an angle grinder and profiling wheels • Fill cracks, chips and open veins with colour-matched epoxy resin • Seal natural stone against staining with impregnating sealers • Cut marble and granite slabs on a bridge saw with diamond blades • Polish stone surfaces to a high gloss using diamond pads and polishing compound Requirements: • Willing to work at heights for facade cladding • Good eye for joints, levels and overall finish • Able to read measurements, templates and cutting lists At least 4 year(s) in a similar role.
